USG LITE 60AX SIP ALG settings

Hi all,
We recently installed a USG Lite 60AX on a clients premises.
Im not entirely sure the 60ax is the problem but they have started experiencing unusual VOIP issues. Just wondering if ther is SIP ALG (or something along those lines) on these devices and if so how do I turn it off please.

After checking, we confirm that the USG LITE 60AX enables SIP ALG, however, there's no enable/disable button currently. To better assist you, could you please describe the unusual VoIP issues in more detail? For example, what specific symptoms are you encountering? This will help us investigate further and provide targeted guidance.

Hi Tina,
The main issue so far is that when users are making outbound calls and the outbound is in a ringing state if an inbound call comes in it cuts off any outbound calls to prioritise in bound.
Is it possible to disable SIP alg trhough the console?
