I have two questions about my PX3321-T1. I'd like to know where I can download its firmware, if there's a new version, and why I can't disable WPS, even when I click on the disable button, it's still enabled and grayed.

The same with me. No one knows where Zyxel makes PX3321-T1 firmwares available. This is unbelievable.

AS far as i can see…
There's "service provider" into this URL; therefore the device is not intended for end users/consumer use and no publicly available firmware.
Maybe you could contact your ISP for asking solutions…
