I have in total 4 ap’s. 3 are connected to one lan and the other single ap to a different lan. If I move the ap’s to their own separate sites they no longer show up in my WiFi list on my phone or laptop. I would prefer to have them as different sites despite being in the same property. Anyone know why this happens and how to resolve ?

Hi @Andyrmatthews,
Welcome to the Zyxel Community!
Different sites have independent SSID settings, so please confirm all sites have SSIDs configured and their configurations are up to date.
For further investigation, could you provide more details? For example,
- Management type: On-premise, Nebula cloud, or AP controller?
- If your devices are managed via Nebula, please enable Zyxel Support Access and share your org/site names.
- If not, please provide the full network topology (e.g., how are the APs connected? A diagram would be great.) and each AP's configuration.
Screenshots related to this issue are welcome. This will help us narrow down the problem and troubleshoot effectively.
