Zyxel EX3501-T0 Status Logs, port logs

Hello There,
We recently got this ZYXEL modem/router (Model: Zyxel EX3501-T0) as an upgrade from our service provider, my Fongo App ( phone app by fongo.com) used to work fine, but ever since we got this router, my phone app no longer works when connected to this router, My guess that some port/firewall issue. Is there anyway I can see logs to see what communication channels/ports is getting blocked or rejecting the request.
Fongo support is asking to address this:
- Open the necessary ports for VoIP traffic to function properly.
- Enable NAT and UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router or network device to facilitate VoIP connections.
- Check for firewall rules that may be blocking Fongo or VoIP traffic and adjust them accordingly.
- Disable SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway) on your modem and router, as it can interfere with VoIP communication.
but I am not sure where they are embedded and settings, but if I can see the activity logs, it will help me a lot

You cna login to the GUI via label on the device, check "System Monitor" > log
