Hello I have multiple GS1915-8 at a customersite, all switches are working perfectly fine BUT

there are 2 specific switches shown offline in nebula, they are not..

Traffic is flowing through them..

I can control them through nebula (i.e send pings (gateway reachable, dns reachable etc..)

Can you please advise me on what to do?

    Hi @CHGR,

To investigate further, could you please enable Zyxel Support Access and share your org/site names with us so we can check the issue directly?

    Hi @CHGR,

    Sorry for the late reply!

As we collected the Tech-Support file from the "swRezeption" switch and analyzed the logs, we identified several disconnection events on February 24th with the following key log messages, indicating instability in the switch's upstream network connectivity.

    • 2026-02-24 04:10:03 cloudMgmtVLANexeConnectionReset(8254): Reset mgmt vlan250(NETCONF or Netopeer)
    • 2026-02-24 04:10:03 nebulaConnStatusCloudNotifyAdd(703): Connection Expired
    • 2026-02-24 04:25:03 cloudMgmtVLANexeConnectionReset(8254): Reset mgmt vlan250(NETCONF or Netopeer)
    • 2026-02-24 04:25:03 nebulaConnStatusCloudNotifyAdd(703): Connection Expired
    • 2026-02-24 04:41:29 cloudMgmtVLANexeConnectionReset(8254): Reset mgmt vlan250(NETCONF or Netopeer)

Additionally, we observed brief disconnections (red bars) on other switches and APs at the same site during these time points.

This suggests the issue likely stems from an upstream problem. Therefore, we recommend checking the uplink firewall/router device for external network stability.
