Cloud-Saving Mode enabled when last logged in just 4 days ago

I have been running the base license for Zyxel Nebula for a few years, logging in to Nebula on a regular basis.

However, twice this year now, my Organisation has been put in to Cloud-Saving Mode, even though I had logged in only a few days beforehand.

The information on Cloud-Saving Mode says

"If you do not log into a base (free) license tier organization for over 30 days, the organization automatically enters Cloud-saving mode to save your network bandwidth and cloud resources."

Yet I have logged in multiple times in the last 30 days.

The first time I thought it was maybe down to me switching to using Passkey Authentication, so I have stopped using that and explicitly sign in with username/password/MFA code.

But this morning, I logged in to find that my Organisation was back in Cloud-Saving Mode and all my statistics had stopped being gathered.

I have emails from Zyxel every time I've logged in this past month (well, the emails go back years)

Something is not right here, and this has only happened over the last two months.

    Please allow me to update:

    1. We are still under investigation since we were having lunar new year during 2/14~2/22.
    2. I tried to replicate this issue started from 2/13. My test org didn't enter cloud saving mode(recent access time is 2/23).

    Hi Melen,

    Thanks for the update.

    I've been away for business for the last two weeks, and when I signed in this morning my tenant organization was in Cloud Savings Mode again 😕

    Since the fix was done while I was away that may be a hangover of the issue that has been fixed.

    I will monitor it from now to see if I get placed in Cloud Savings Mode again.

    Thanks for the update. We have found there still have another issue that causing you enter cloud saving mode again. This issue is fixed. You should be not entered cloud saving mode again in the current login frequency.
