XMG1915-18EP does not register with nebula

My switch does not seem to register with nebula. The web interface shows

Connection Status

Internet

Internet is ok.

Nebula

Successfully connected to Nebula.

Registration

Device is not registered yet, please register it with NCC.

I have added the device to NCC, however there it shows up as offline.

I have already followed this guideline
https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/17937/zyxel-nebula-switch-troubleshooting-guide

to check for connection issues. I can ping both IPs (e.g. 8.8.8.8) as well as domains (e.g. google.com) just fine, so afaik there is no connectivity/DNS issue.

Firmware V4.80(ACGQ.3) was already installed, I ran an update regardless. No avail.

Anyone got any ideas left?

    Dear Tina,

    the adress d.nebula.zyxel.com resolves to 3.250.41.21, which is on the list I retrieved from nebula - help center - firewall information (also attached).

    However I cant find it on your list…
