Request for Firmware Download – VMG3625-T50B

Dear Zyxel Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a Zyxel VMG3625-T50B router (model: EG01V1F), and I am currently trying to find the latest firmware for this device. Unfortunately, I could not find the firmware file available for download on the official website.

Could you please provide me with the latest firmware version or a direct download link for this model?

    Same here. All firmware has completely disappeared from the download section. Are updates no longer being provided?
    After looking into it, it seems this model may now be restricted to ISP distribution, wich could explain why public firmware is no longer available. I'm not entirely certain, tough, and would appreciate any clarification on what's going on.

    Thanks for sharing the link. That's exactly what we were looking for.

    It does seem like Zyxel has moved these firmware files under their service provider section, wich supports the idea that this model is now primarily distributed and maintained through ISPs rather than as a fully retail-supported device. That would explain why the firmware disappeared from the standard download pages.

    Given that, it's also likely that we won't be receiving regular public firmware updates anymore, and any future updates (if they happen at all) will probably be pushed only through ISPs.

    Appreciate you pointing this out.
