VMG4005-B50A: Why is the latest firmware not available?

According to a Zyxel security advisory from February 24, 2026, there exists a firmware version 5.17(ABQA.3.2)C0. The "Submit a request" page offers 5.17(ABQA.3.1)C0. Why is 3.2 not made available?

    Did you eventually succeed in getting the firmware file?

    Hope you dont mind me asking for the file as well? i'm having the same issue acquiring the file!

    Hi, I have the same problem, there is no download at all on the product page anymore, so now nobody can download an firmware for the vmg4005-b50a
