FWA515: ZyxelAirApp not working / 5G cell

Hi,

I switched from FWA510 to FWA515 and wonder about several topics:

1. the zyxel air app is not working

2. it's not connecting to the good 5g cell the 510 used to connect. that's really bad. is there any chance to controll it?

Hi @Anci

Currently, the FWA515 can only be managed via Nebula or the local Web GUI — Zyxel Air is not supported.

Hi @Anci ,

To get the best performance from your FWA515, place it as close as possible to your ISP's cell tower. You can also lock it to the specific 5G/4G frequency bands used by your preferred tower by following these steps in the Web GUI:

Navigate to Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular Band.
Toggle Band Auto Selection to disabled.
Manually select the cellular bands supported by your ISP that provide the best signal.
Click Apply to save your changes.
