Can't register product to Org

Nebula is saying the device is already registered to another account. Scanning the QR Code says Device not found.

    • What is the model of your device?
    • The serial number (S/N) and MAC address of the device
    • A photo of either the purchase receipt/invoice or the label on the back of the device showing the MAC address and serial number.
