Hello,
I've configured multiple DDNS service: 2 NO-IP and 1 Dynu account.

For the No-IP, all works but for Dynu account, seems that the effective IP not appear also if the result is SUCCESS.

The Dynu entry is the HomeOrbit profile name, and it is custom because, if I use the Dynu Basic DDNS Type, the update fails:

Update the profile HomeOrbit has failed because Username was empty.

So, I need to configure the Dynu entry as this:

It's possible to fix the Effective IP blank bug?

    Hi @Zyxel_Luna, @PeterUK,

    with the last weekly firmware provided by Luna today, I was able to modify the Dynu DDNS to DynuBasic, and now seems to work also the Effective IP.

    So passed from DDNS Type "User custom":

    The URL hostname I think is

    apiserver.dynu.com

    less that the old address but still works?

    but if that don't work try pubic IP with

    http://ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com/

    the issue could be PPPoE

    its likely when I last used Dynu it was apiserver.dynu.com

    I tested a DNS on Dynu with custom on FLEX H and it work but not by PPPoE

    is you URL path just

    /nic/update?hostname=example.com

    or

    /nic/update?hostname=

    I use this:

    /nic/update?hostname=abc.xyz.com

    But I do not why, tell me success and effectly change the IP, but not appear on the DDNS table entry… very strange

    I think the main topic here is that Zyxel quality control for H- series is failing. Not only for this particular issue, but there are other examples. If there is is more functionality added, like in 1.39 there has been added in DDSN, the previous functionality is failing. And this is not noticed in regression tests, etc.

    effective IP will not show if set to auto as the IP is determined by the remote end.

    and why is available for the No-Ip service? Also the no-ip is set to auto

    DDNS Type No-ip has no auto mode from your screenshot you have it set to Interface

    Hi Peter,

    Yes No-Ip is set auto from the wiz_pppoe interface, as Dyno too

    There isn't AUTO into the IP Address for No-Ip but the result is the same.

    not sure what you mean your first post shows noip set to Interface with an effective IP listed
