Nebula 19.30 Live Tools for H series - missing options

today I needed to check a traceroute from an ORG that had difficulties reaching a website.
So I went here on "old" firewalls:
to check it and there was the option working properly, while on some other sites with newer firewalls like USG FLEX 50H I had no option to have quick network tests like Ping, Traceroute, DNS….:
Is there a plan to complete the Nebula UI also for H series?

Thanks for the feedback, this is a valid point.
The Diagnostic tool (Ping, Traceroute, DNS lookup) is not yet available in Nebula's live view for H-series devices, but it is planned for a future update. In the meantime, you can access these tests directly through the local GUI under Maintenance > Diagnostic > Network Tool.

Our team is still evaluating. If you need to use the diagnostic, please use remote configurator to access device GUI and navigate to Menu > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Diagnostics.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the USG FLEX H has not lost any diagnostic capability. The advanced diagnostic tools are available in the device’s local GUI.
Nebula and the local GUI serve different management purposes. Nebula is designed for centralized, cloud-based management and monitoring, while the local GUI provides device-level tools for in-depth troubleshooting. This is a deliberate division of roles in the USG FLEX H design, not a reduction in functionality.
When you need advanced diagnostics, you can access them directly through the local GUI. If you’d like, we can walk you through how to reach and use these tools.
