I am facing issues with my new Zywall USG60W in wifi where it continues (for unknown reason) the wifi shows that mobile is connected but INTERNET MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE! this comes and goes for different mobiles at different periods.

Please advice.

I have static IP for some phones does this matter?

    Hi @G_L

    What is your firmware version? The current released firmware has fixed local WiFi connection unstable issue.

    If the device firmware is not 433AAKZ0ITS-WK19, please upgrade to 433AAKZ0ITS-WK19

    Check the firmware version:

    Router# show version
