Pro license pending Plus expiration

I just purhased a Pro license with about 28 days remaining on my Plus license. I want to use Pro features right away, but I don't see a way to enable it, other than waiting for the Plus to expire. I can't use support chat because Pro is not active. Any suggestions to fix this?

    Hi @Birdietwin ,

    Upgrading your Nebula organization from the Plus Pack to the Pro Pack immediately, while your Plus licenses are still active, needs to be done by the Zyxel Support team.

    Please share your Nebula organization and site name, and enable Zyxel Support so we can proceed.

    Organization TheKimes.net (org id - removed by Zyxel agent), one device, NWA130BE serial (removed by Zyxel agent). The org is on an active Plus Pack that expires 2026-10-29. I bought a Nebula Professional Pack 1-year license October 2nd, 2026 and assigned it to the device; it shows Inactive, and the portal shows no "Upgrade Now" button or activate checkbox. I need Professional Pack active now for the Open API. Please activate the Pro license and upgrade the organization today. I accept losing the remaining Plus days if they do not carry over. Support has been enabled.

    The Nebula Plus Pack license is currently in "Deferred" status. It will become Active once the Nebula Pro Pack license expires on 2026-10-07.
