NWA50BE-USAM02F: OpenWrt Waiver Portal returns "Device not found"

Hello Zyxel Team / @Zyxel_CSO ,

I recently purchased three brand-new NWA50BE units from Amazon to conduct testing with OpenWiFi / OpenWrt.

When trying to register them on the Waiver Portal, after entering the serial number the Model Name lookup shows: Device not found

Device Details (same for all 3):

Model: NWA50BE

Hardware/Part Number: NWA50BE-USAM02F

Serial Number Prefix: S250Z...

Current Firmware: Updated to v7.40 (devices have been removed from Nebula and factory reset)

Could someone please assist in whitelisting these serial numbers so the bootloader unlock tokens can be generated? I can provide the full serial numbers, MAC addresses, and proof of purchase via private message.

Hi @GBekk,

After further investigation, we found that the system was temporarily unable to connect to the database while processing the query. As a result, it could not identify the model, and the subsequent token could not be generated.

The issue has now been resolved. We would appreciate it if you could try again and let us know if you encounter any further problems.
