    Can you help to check if there is any log related to SecuReporter in device monitor log?


    Log at “MONITOR > Log > View Log”

    The log category should be “myZyXEL.com”. is there any error/waring log in category “myZyXEL.com”?

     

    Log at “MONITOR > Log > View Log”. Category = myZyXEL.com
