like many others I have the problem that my multy app (android) says it is disconnected. Internet connectivity works, though. I just cannot administer my multy anymore.

How do I backup my multi X setup to the myzyxelcloud?
I want to backup the settings of my 3 multi x devices but don't understand how to do this? If i go to myzyxelcloud and login with my google account and click search nothing is found either from a pc or from my phone which has the multi X app on it. All but my primary multy X disconnect
