Topology error when calculating LACP speed

I have a ZYXEL NWA50AX.The SSID is Zyxel Upstairs. Why do my devices all see this network and another called Zyxel_Upstairs_EXT. In Nebula Control Center I do not see this SSID listed anywhere. How can I remove it? Is it possible to remove it without doing a factory reset? Thanks!
