We have an Organization with 133 sites and close to 200 devices. Since 2 days I can't create new site. Hi, I installed a WiFi AP in the wrong organization. When I removed the AP from the Org.A, I could not add the AP again because the system told me the device had been added to this account. Can someone from the Zyxel team help reset the device's registration? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

NCC does not find the switches
I have some GS2220 devices and until yesterday at 6:30 pm everything was fine. An update to firmware version V5.00 (ABRQ.1) | 03/21/2025 appeared. After this update the NCC can no longer find the devices, they are offline. However, they are working normally on the local network. Has anyone had the same problem?
