Issue Pushing Flex 200 Firmware Updates

Hi Pook, I don't know if your problem is like mine: after the firmware update the switches were no longer seen by NCC, even if they worked correctly on the internet; so I could no longer manage them from NCC and therefore they could not be controlled remotely; If this is your problem, the great Engineer Chris from Zyxel solved the problem for me, making me add a line in the NCC Dashboard, precisely in configure-> securitygateway-> gateway settings-> in DNS address record; If this was your problem, I would be very happy to share the line to add; If your problem is different from this, I'm sorry, but I can't do anything else. Have a good day, good work. Andrea

Hi @Pook,
Could you help to enable Zyxel support access for these organizations so we can help to check?
I will send you a private message for the orgnization list. Thanks~

Hi @RasnoDigl,
I assume this is a different case from yours since your issue was on the switch. However, the pook's case is that the firewall didn't perform a firmware upgrade after being triggered.
P.S. I will let Chris know your feedback.😁

Thanks for the replies. I tried again today and it is working now so most likely a browser issue on my end. Thanks again, this is a great community :-)
