Hi @Alab2025,

Yes, you just need to access the administrator page (Nebula control center: Menu > Organization-wide > Administrators; Nebula APP: Menu > Settings > Admins) to add her/him to your organization as an admin.

In addition, if she/he doesn't have a Zyxel account. Please register it before access Nebula.

Hi Melen, I would like to grant someone access to an organization site without providing the credentials to my NebulaFlex account.
