One of my NWA130BE did not recover properly after an update (I've got more devices). It now showing a IP address and no firmware in Nebula. Resetting to factory settings does not work, and I cannot see it at all with ZON. Does anyone have a solution?

We need to know the exact plastics mix used in the new NWA110BE & NWA130BE. This is required to select the correct Velcro as in our situations we cannot drill.
