Hi,
On my NAS540 4-bay storage I currently have 4x WD60EFRX 6TB hard-disks installed in a RAID-5 config.
Because the volume is almost full I'm thinking of replacing the disks with 4x 10TB WD101EFAX disks.
On the compatibility list for my device it states the WD120EFAX 12TB disk is compatible but I wonder if this also automatically applies for the 10TB WD101EFAX model.
Can anybody help me out with this?
Thanks a lot!

There is no such thing as a compatibility list. It is called a Verified Hard Disk List. Those were the disks which were tested by ZyXEL, and which worked. As there is no list of failed disks, I believe every tested disk worked. Which is to be expected, as any SATA disk is supposed to work. Including your WD101EFAX.MartyMcFly said:On the compatibility list for my device it states
