SIM Card not ready

I bought recently an LTE3302-M432 and now try to make it work, to no avail : despite the SIM card working in a phone, I got the message "SIM card not ready" on the web interface of the router, and blinking red on LTE signal LED. A quick check online shows that's quite a classic issue, but I have not yet found a correction. Anybody there to help ?

    Could you please take a screenshot of "LTE Modem Status" page (Monitor > LTE Modem Status)?
    I want to check the SIM card status.
