    Hi @bymusty,
The cloud saving mode disabled failed issue has been fixed, so may I know is there still any problem I can help?
Hi Freda. We're having a similar issue at one of our customer's sites. What's the best way of getting it looked at? For example, we're not seeing a count of current clients in the Access Points list, but if we go into an individual AP I can get a live(ish) list of current stations.

    Hi @JP_atomit,
Is the organization in cloud saving mode? Or, do you mean that the issue symptom is like client number display incorrect? Would you share a screenshot to show the incorrect client number page?
Would you share the organization name to me and enable Zyxel support as below screenshot for us to check detail of your organization/site?

Hi Freda. Thanks for the response. Cloud Saving Mode is disabled, the issue is as you described: the tally of connected users on both the AP list and individual AP pages is always zero, even when there are connected devices in the Current Stations list:

The ID for the Org/Site is: 5e3063b90585325209abc4ef/60b0eddd44f7e421f6692e0c  I've invited Zyxel support to take a look so if you could tell me what I'm missing that would be appreciated :)

    Hi @JP_atomit,
After checking detail of the APs, the time is incorrect, so the logs and information are shown incorrect. Please check below firewall information to set the firewall rules and after the AP gets correct time, the client information will be shown correctly.

Thanks for that, I'll pass that back to the guys who manage the firewall. On that note, though, is there any way of specifying an alternative NTP server to use? Either by specifying a public NTP server in Nebula or an internal one with DHCP Option 42 or something like that?

    Hi @JP_atomit,
Currently, there's no way to set other NTP server on Nebula AP. The DHCP option 42 is not supported on AP. If you have related request, please let me know and I'll help to created a ticket as a feature request.

That would be great - I know it's an edge case, but in situations where all the traffic needs to be routed through a proxy and only specific protocols are allowed it'd be helpful to be able to specify an onsite NTP host. Can you raise that request - or point me in the right direction to do it myself?
