You could change client’s
policy by following steps at Site-wide > Monitor > Clients:
Change the search period to longer days to include
the client’s information that you want to edit.
Select the client then click Policy button
and Normal, then the client will follow the SSID authentication method to
or click Show policy clients to manually edit the user's information:

If you’re using base pack, you can follow
