Urgent - need to remove client from block list

Hi there
I blocked a client from Policy block list, now I can't find the way to remove it from this list.
Come on I can't imagine that I can't do it!, so how can it contacts again my SSID?

    Hi @IvanSerra


    You could change client’s policy by following steps at Site-wide > Monitor > Clients:

    Change the search period to longer days to include the client’s information that you want to edit.


     

    Select the client then click Policy button and Normal, then the client will follow the SSID authentication method to associate.



    or click Show policy clients to manually edit the user's information:

    Hi @IvanSerra

     

    If you’re using base pack, you can follow the second way mentioned above do it.

    Click Show policy clients, select the client then click Policy button to manually edit the user's information.
