To play music stored on your NAS326 network-attached storage (NAS) device using an Android music player app, you'll need to ensure that the app supports network file sharing protocols such as SMB (Server Message Block) or NFS (Network File System), which are commonly used for accessing files on NAS devices. Here are a few Android music (free ringtones for android) player apps that support network file sharing and could potentially work with your NAS326:

    1. VLC for Android: VLC is a highly versatile media player that supports a wide range of audio and video formats. It also offers support for network protocols like SMB, FTP, and NFS, allowing you to access media files stored on your NAS326 directly from the app.
    2. BubbleUPnP: BubbleUPnP is a popular UPnP/DLNA control point and media renderer app for Android. It allows you to stream media content from various sources, including NAS devices, DLNA servers, and cloud storage services, to your Android device or other compatible media players.
    3. Plex: Plex is a media server platform that allows you to organize and stream your media collection across different devices. You can install the Plex Media Server application on your NAS326 and use the Plex app for Android to access and stream music, videos, and photos from your NAS to your Android device.
    4. Astiga: Astiga is a cloud-based music player that supports streaming music from various sources, including personal cloud storage services like NAS devices. It provides features such as offline playback, playlists, and support for multiple audio formats.

Before using any of these apps, make sure to set up your NAS326 to allow access to the music files over the network using the appropriate protocols (SMB, NFS, etc.). You may need to configure the file sharing settings and permissions on your NAS device to ensure that it can be accessed by the Android music player app of your choice.

Additionally, some apps may require you to manually add the network location of your NAS326 (e.g., SMB or NFS network path) within the app settings to access the music files stored on the device. Once configured, you should be able to browse and play music from your NAS using the Android music player app.

Twonky music player may not currently support remote connections over WAN on Android. You can try apps like Plex, Subsonic, or Emby to remotely connect to your music server over the WAN and configure them to use a DNS service like ZCloud DNS to connect. Good luck!
