Nebula Device status On but cannot reboot and SDWAN lost connection

I have one Nebula Device status On but cannot reboot and SDWAN lost connection, yesterday connection is normal, please advise me. Thank you.

    We'd like to know what's your GROUP/ORG names and can you take a screenshot about this message then share with us in private message?
    Moreover, to check further regarding to this symptom, we need your help to authorize our support account in "GROUP" --> "Configuration" --> "Administrators"

    sdwan-its@zyxel.com.tw

    And also please let us know which version is working on your VPN100.
