How do i downgrade a Multy X

Hi,
I am having trouble staying connected to the internet. 
Owned 2 Multy X for 2 years now without problem, last 2month have been very bad. 
Keeps losing the WAN to internet unplugging cable and replugs it will start working again. I think its the latest firmware that has some kind of problem. 

Så how do I downgrade?

    Hi @MultyxJJ

    Could you switch the ethernet cable connected to the Main Multy device wan interface and check if the symptom still occurs? 
    If the symptom still the same, please send us the feedback on the Multy APP.
