Yes, that's the one I have tried. For some reason I even cannot ping zyxel.diskstation.eu or do I misunderstand something here? Also did change the DNS as described above but without any success.

Hi, trying to access both links you shared but none of it works for me.

Got 325 v2 for free and trying to make it a local backup place for Synology.

My first contact with Zyxel so any help/step-by-step guide is much appreciated.

I agree with the question.
How can you install the packages on the NSA 325 V2?
I have new hard drives in it and the package center is offline :-(
Unfortunately, the instructions/pages for Metarepo are all offline.

Hi,

there are two ways, first one is using MetaRepo (explained in previous posts).

The second way, I found easier to use and it did work on my NSA325v2.
1. Enable \admin SMB share (It is preconfigured, but disabled by default).

2. Drop the entire content from "fw4_stock_packages" to "\\*nas_name*\admin\zy-pkgs\" folder.

3. Reload the Packages page in the web UI; All packages will show up and you can just install them.

To Enable the /admin share, navigate to: Sharing -> Shares; select "admin" in column "Share Name". Click "Edit Share", make sure "Enabe This Share" is ticked and hit apply.

Now the /admin share should be visible when you navigate to \\*nas_name*\ using Windows Explorer and the NAS admin credentials.
