NAS326 create FTP user

I have enabled FTP in NAS326 and can connect with users admin or backup (which is a special user having r/w access to only one specific folder), but cannot browse or even see anything on the server. I would appreciate a guide to manage/create user(s) for FTP usage. Access will be only from within house network (LAN) clients, no internet needed.

You can create user on the NAS.
I think for the IP restriction to the NAS, you can set up some access control if you have a router above.
