MyZxyel account setup required in order to ask a simple question?

I’m not a business customer. It’s crazy that Zyxel or any company asks for your address, phone, email silliness in order to join an online community to ask a question. Hopefully, it’ll be as easy to remove my user information after my issue is resolved.
