MyZxyel account setup required in order to ask a simple question?

I’m not a business customer.  It’s crazy that Zyxel or any company asks for your address, phone, email silliness in order to join an online community to ask a question. Hopefully, it’ll be as easy to remove my user information after my issue is resolved.

We've made an  enhancement.

Now, we'll not ask for other information to sign in account on community, except the email account to verify.
