Device is already registered by another user

Hi all,

i've bought a USG Flex 200. The seller has written in the description that the package was only unpacked. Apparently, however, the USG was also connected to Nebula. Is there still a possibility to connect the USG to my Nebula account or do I have to send it back? The invoice, serial number and MAC address are available.
