NR5101 boot problem

Hello,

I have a new NR5101 that worked well for one day, now i can't get it to start.
When i power it on, the power led lits up for about ten seconds and starts blinking, but keeps blinking forever, no extra lights that lit up.
I have tried the reset, with and without holding it down during powering up and many more things, no result.
Do i have to install the firmware again, and if so, how do i prepare a usb stick.

    Hi Sir,

    1. May I know is your device managed by Nebula, or worked standalone?
    2. May I know is there any Nebula Icon on the device's box, or related QR code on the sticker? 
    3. If possible, could you please let us know what firmware you used before?

    Hello Richard,

    I never knew about Nebula until now.
    No, the device is standalone, no Nebula at all.
    I got the device last Saturday, made a quick setup to get it working, used it only for a day, haven't had the time to look at things like firmware.

    So after all the things i tried without any result, i think the only way for me is updating the firmware by usb.

    Hi Kiwi, please contact Zyxel local support to RMA the problematic device, that replace a new device to you and they will send the problematic device back to HQ for analyze. Thank you.

    Blinking green, manual says: device is booting..... yes, but forever.

    Tried power off your device a couple of minutes, not just a ordinary reboot?
