Problem Inactive License Nebula PRO

Dear good morning,

We purchased a Pro Pack license for the access point (NWA1123ACv3).

When entering the license in Nebula, the status is inactive and we are not able to change its status.

We restart the access point, delete it from the SITE and the Organization and it does not change the status.

    Hi @Dbarbosasx,

    Is your organization in base pack?
    If yes, after you assign license, you need to go to license & inventory overview page to click upgrade now button to active your license and make your organization status become Pro status.

    Realizei o seguinte procedimento:
    Criei uma nova organização, em seguida criei um novo site.
    Desvinculei a licença e o ap da Organização e vinculei na nova Organização.
    Feito esse procedimento, consegui vincular normalmente a licença ao AP.
