FTP encryption in Filezilla

Hello
I have Zycel NSA310. The problem is with FTP connections. When i try to connect via Windows Explorer everything is OK, but if i use Filezilla i don't connect to the server. I must change encryption from "Use Explicit over TLS if available" to "Only use plain FTP (insecure)". What i need to do not be necessary to change encryption in Filezilla?
