LTE5366-M608 doesn't allow packets with MTU > 1400 bytes

Hi there!
I use Zyxel LTE5366-M608 to do LTE-channel.
Router was set up in "Bridge mode" and MTU = 1500 bytes was selected during configuration of APN.
But nevertheless I can see that router doesn't transmit packets with MTU > 1400 (without fragmentation).
How can I solve it?
I need to provide MTU = 1500 bytes.
