i bought a NWA90AX - Pre owned from a Shop in Germany "Alternate in Giessen", now its not possible to register it on Nebula.. could you reset the registration before? thank you very much

If you are still unable to complete the re-registration,

Please provide us with taking a picture of the sticker on the back of the AP which contains the information with the device’s MAC address & serial number by PM my account.

We’ll check it as soon as possible.
