Not able to connect NR5101 via Zyxel air app

Reseted to factory defaults. Inserted device label username and password (reponse-password incorrect). Also used QR in the very same label (repsponse-this is not a valid QR). No luck at all.
Device already registered in Nebula app.
Tried all the above proposed solutions with NO luck.
Firmware version V1.15(ACCG.0)CO
Any idea why?
