How Can we activate recognition of the dnsft.cloud.zyxel.com certificate to enable access to youtube

The browsers do not recognize the dnsft.cloud.zyxel.com certificate, they give it to me as invalid and it prevents my network users from connecting to youtube. How Can we activate recognition of the dnsft.cloud.zyxel.com certificate to enable access to youtube.

    When the user cannot access YouTube is there any blocked or dropped message that can be observed on the eventlog(Firewall > Monitor > Event log)?
