As your slot 1 kernel boots, and your slot 2 doesn't, it could help to auto boot the other kernel.
how to do it , in detail please ?

By exchanging the values of next_bootfrom and curr_bootfrom. The default startscript reads curr_bootfrom to decide which kernel to boot.

Attached is the log from the recovery flash drive.

I killed six hours today trying to connect to the board via ethernet ... no, no way ...
So I'll look at the board. Bingo ! Torn off quartz resonator on the zero port of the ethernet !!! The dude who sold me the NAS apparently used a different port.

    there is good news
    1. finally everything works electrically.
2 set up, learned and was able to connect via TFTP server)))

Tomorrow I will try to raise the firmware ...
