Can't connect to NAS326 using ZyXEL Drive

All settings were made in MyZyxelCloud, but I did not get the expected result.

    Hi @Jacobian

    What are your mobile model, OS version, and your Zyxel drive app version?
    Does the issue happen on other network?
    Please check the version on Zyxel drive app (Android, IOS )
    If it is not in the latest, please update the version to the latest one.
    Try to reinstall the myZyXEL cloud-Agent and the zyxel drive app and install again.


    Then, pair the NAS to your myZyXELcloud account.
    If the symptom still occurs, please let us know.
