NR7101 nslookup works but ping doesn't and I can't browse the internet

Good evening and happy new year to all. I have the exact same problem with Tim (Italy). On December 30, 7101 stopped surfing. The statistics say that I consumed in the month of December 860gb. I contacted TIM and they say there is no problem on their side. I tried resetting 7101 but the situation does not change. Again the time does not synchronize, but some sites like www.mioip.it open, everything else does not. Teamviewer also works correctly. Suggestions?
