I have an ATP200 with the following fw versions installed in the flash:

Upgrade of any of these banks is impossible since either trying over FTP, or HTTP, after the upload of 532ABFW0C0.bin is finished, the serial console drops a Firmware not compatible! message.

Can you please advise how can I overcome this situation?

    Hi @Peppino,

Please follow steps below to update firmware.
    1) Backup partition 2(current running partition) startup configuration file.
    2) Reboot on partition 1.(Switch running partition from 2 to 1)
    3) Update V5.32 firmware on partition 1.
    4) Apply 1) configuration file on partition 1.

    Hi @Peppino,

It could be related to firmware corruption on running partition.
