NAS326 - 100% cpu

Though I've had this nas for a few years, I've recently been having it act sluggish and CPU shows 100%.  I read all I could and every server option and thumbnail generation is off.  Multiple reboots. I removed all apps.  


It shows 100% cpu but underneath the services listed only total < 3%.  Refreshing does nothing.

Firmware is V5.21(AAZF.12).  

I've seen the thumbnail turn on itself a couple of times. Not sure why.  It showed off when I took the screenshot below.

Try viewing it from the command line with the top command. I think the web gui doesn't show it well.
