Patch for SecuExtender IPSec VPN Client Windows10 tablet mode operability issue

Issue Description:

When using a Windows 10 laptop with tablet mode, a long press on the screen will not take action as right-click button, resulting in the user cannot export, save, or add a new VPN gateway.

How to fix it:

1. Exit IPSec VPN Client

2. Download the zip file in the attachment and extract it.

3. Rename "C:\Program Files\Zyxel\SecuExtender IPSec VPN Client\vpnconf.exe" to "vpnconf.old"

4. Copy the new VpnConf.exe in the zip file to "C:\Program Files\Zyxel\SecuExtender IPSec VPN Client"

5. Restart VPN Client
