Dear Team,
If there is someone with the solution, please help. My files stored in NAS 540 have been encrypted by checkmate; I am unable to open the files.

Hi @chisokole,
Have you ever done the backup on your NAS?
If so, you could delete the volume and reset your NAS.
After done reset and cleaning the volume, you can restore the backup back to the NAS.
Do not expose unnecessary services to the internet.
There is a simple way to secure your NAS, you can refer to the article.
