Thanks for the reply.
1 - Yes, all of them are getting unresponsive after some time.
Right now I only have 2 deployed – #1 won't let me log in anymore, #2 does, but did not hand out DHCP leases to clients until it was powercycled this morning.2 - Yes, they are powered by the switch. But power delivery seems OK for all PoE devices, never had any issues.
3 - Firmware is the latest V6.29(ABYW.1) | 2022-11-04 15:20:39
4 - LEDs are as expected - blue when idle, green when connected.
Yes, I will look into the switches – they are quite complicated, since they are from an older enterprise series. But configuring the DHCP-Relay and VLANs will be the first thing to do.
Maybe putting a simple/dumb switch inbetween solves the issue for now.
I just reset them yesterday, before deployment.

Hi,
I have some similar problem with my nwa50ax.
It works well aprox. for a year and now it is really unusable. Finally few days ago every WiFi equipment goes to offline.
I have a GS1350-26HP under it.
I turned off LLAP on the switch like StefanZ. Nothing happened.
Than I patched the AP to another sw port, and everithing was fine for a day.
Now there are time outs on ping again, and the AP's web management site is wery slow, and it can't recognise the sw in the "ethernet neighbor" part of the dashboard.
Firmware is the latest on the AP: V7.10(3) / 2025-06-29 01:00:28
I have another AP in the garage (with the same SSID), but i tried what happens if it is offline and the situation were the same.

Hi @mentos
Could you check the switch log to see what happened? Please also collect the switch tech support when the issue happens.

Thanks for your reply.
I have an "Diagnostic Information Collector" option at AP's Maintenance/Diagnostic. It makes a "diaginfo-date.tar.bz2" file.
The AP was ok today until now it starts the time outs again.
It is interesting it seems the problem happens in the same time period of the days (yesterday and today from around 9PM). Maybe it starts few hours after we get home and start to use it with more devices?!
Now I have 2 diaginfo files from the AP. One is an OK state, and the other one when there are some issues. And i also downloaded the sw tech-support file.
Where can I send it? Upload in here or send via e-mail?
thx
mentos

Nobody replies so i try to register the products to nebula.
The sw is ok its online, but the problematic AP is offline.
I used to switch off that nebula discovery option and now with the newest fw it does not exist anymore and nowhere else can find the on-off switch of the cloud.
I opened the 4335, 6667, 123 ports also but nebula cant find the ap.
And I really dont understand why the sw's web management login page deny me with "Invalid username or password." message aftr the nebula registration.
I don't want fall out of love with Zyxel.

Hi @mentos
Let me send you a private message for the files. Additionally, since you mentioned "Than I patched the AP to another sw port, and everithing was fine for a day.", so I'm curious about the switch. Please also help to collect the switch's tech support. Thanks!

UPDATE:
The Mentos's issue is because of the cable of uplink. If your switch support to display port counter, like CRC error, you can check it if you have similar issue.
