NAS 326 stuck at reboot

I just set up my NAS 326 with 2 HDDs in Raid 1, but now it is rebooting and is stuck at 91% for about 20 mins. It says not to turn it off, should I try anyway?

You mean, you set up a raid array, after that it rebooted, and now it doesn't come up? It shouldn't take that long. When the disks aren't busy (sound, blinking leds) you can assume that it's safe to poweroff the box. (Using the power button. Not by pulling the plug)
